Three entirely different options from rubs exhibiting similar colour, brightness and pattern.
The oval is 1.5mm thick, flat dome green/blue rolling flash. Slightly undulating face will require hand polishing in the concave black potch edge if that is retained. Curved stone is a generous 6mm max thickness with colour running across the stone from 0.7mm at outer edge to 2.5mm inner edge. Triangular free shape is solid dark crystal, 1.5 - 4.5mm thick, all colour except for one small area of potch - note the channel in one face where we carved out sand inclusions.
Please note images are a combination of dry and wet. These are opal rubs and are in the intermediate stage between rough opal and fully finished stones. They require cutting and/or carving to finish. The dimensions are approximate and the final finished stones/s will be smaller with less weight.
